Children and young people
Protecting the privacy of children and young people is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or store information from those we actually know are under 16, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 16.



Health and Safety
Classes, Events & Workshops may be of a physical nature. IgniterHive CIC accepts no liability for any physical injury, loss or damage to persons. This also applies to loss of property occurring at any premises whether occasioned by negligence or otherwise.

If you have an injury or health condition, it is your responsibility to receive clearance from your physician/GP/therapist prior to joining a class or making a booking.

Clients and parents/guardians release and absolve IgniterHive CIC from all liability against any claim for loss, damage, accident, injury or in the unlikely event of death suffered by any student, invitee or guest acquired out of the use of our services or attributed to any act or omission whether amounting to negligence or not of any teacher/s, clients or any other person. Clients will be subject to the terms and conditions at the venue of delivery.

Students under 18 years of age
The parent/guardian of students who are under 18 years of age will need to provide verbal and written consent and is to be copied in on all communication between IgniterHive CIC and the student.

Energise classes
Before attending one of the Energise classes, you will need to return a completed Health Form. The form will be valid for six months unless you notify us of changes in your circumstances.

We and our Providers reserve the right to refuse admission to, or eject anyone who, in our reasonable opinion, admission to the venue might put at risk their safety or that of other, or affect the enjoyment of the event for other visitors or the running of the event (for example if the holder appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs or is acting aggressively or anti-socially). No refunds will be offered to ticket holders in these circumstances.



Placing an order
By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product and are subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

In order to contract with IgniterHive CIC you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid PayPal Account, credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. IgniterHive CIC retains the right to refuse any request made by you.

If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be IgniterHive.com or our third party providers.

When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the PayPal Account, credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. Prices advertised are subject to changes.

Reproduction, sale, resale or trade of a Product is prohibited. Any attempt to carry out any of these will potentially void the Product at our discretion.

Email confirmation
Once your purchase is complete you will receive an email confirmation from IgniterHive.com. The email confirmation will contain full details of the Product(s) purchased, the provider details, what you need to do to redeem the product and the Product’s unique redemption number which you will need to present to the Provider as proof of purchase. Please refer to your email confirmation for the expiry date and any product information.

You will need to provide the Provider with the Product’s unique Redemption number specified in your confirmation email as proof of purchase in order to redeem the Product.

Neither IgniterHive CIC nor the Provider are responsible for lost or stolen Products or Product reference/redemption numbers.

The Product (including, but not limited to, any discounts) expires on the date specified on the Product which is usually 3 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise specified or unless the purchase is for an event taking place within less than three months, then the expiry dates of the product will be the date of the event.

All Products purchases are subject to this Agreement and to any terms and conditions of the relevant Provider.

Upon Product redemption, you will be invited to optionally review your experience of the Product. Any reviews submitted will have to comply with IgniterHive CIC terms set out in the visitor provided information and material above.

The Provider, and not IgniterHive CIC, is the seller of the Products; solely responsible for providing you with the Products and for the Products themselves; and solely responsible for redeeming any Product you Purchase.

It is your responsibility to contact the Provider as specified in your confirmation email to agree an appropriate time and venue to redeem the Product purchased. It is also your responsibility to present the Provider with the Product redemption code to access and redeem the product.

Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

IgniterHive CIC uses PayPal as our payment service provider. PayPal carries out a standard authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited and you will receive a confirmation email upon authorisation being received. Your payment shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

Exchange and refund
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or receive a refund within 14 days from the date of purchase for Products with 14 days or more to their expiry date (for instance Open Classes).

For Products Purchased with less than 14 days to their expiry date (for instance an event taking place within 14 days) you can request an exchange or refund within five days from the date of purchase.

All exchanges and refund requests must be made prior to any redemption of the Product being made.

We will not be able to provide an exchange or refund for a request received after the expiry date or after an event has taken place.

If your refund request is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refunds will be issued by PayPal.

If your refund is late or missing, please check your bank account and contact your credit card or bank in the first instance as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@igniterhive.com.

You may request an exchange or refund writing to us to info@igniterhive.com.


We operate a complaints handling procedure which we will use to try to resolve disputes when they first arise, please let us know if you have any complaints or comments by contacting us www.igniterhive.com/contact-us.


If you breach these conditions and we take no action, we will still be entitled to use our rights and remedies in any other situation where you breach these conditions.


We do not accept liability for any loss or damage suffered as a result of using this Website.

The material displayed on this Website is provided without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy. Unless expressly stated to the contrary to the fullest extent permitted by law IgniterHive CIC and its suppliers, content providers and advertisers hereby expressly exclude all conditions, warranties and other terms which might otherwise be implied by statute, common law or the law of equity and shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever, including but without limitation to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this Website or the Linked Sites and any materials posted thereon, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable or arise in contract, tort, equity, restitution, by statute, at common law or otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms of Use shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence which cannot be excluded or under the law of the United Kingdom.

In the unlikely event that any term of these Terms and Conditions is illegal, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms shall continue to be valid.


These terms of use are governed by English law. Any dispute arising in connection with these terms of use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.


IgniterHive CIC shall have the right in its absolute discretion at any time and without notice to amend, remove or vary the Services and/or any page of this Website. All purchases made and confirmed will be honoured.

We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time without notice and at our discretion. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for updates, which shall come into effect when posted.


The above Terms constitute the entire agreement of the parties and supersede any and all preceding and contemporaneous agreements between you and IgniterHive CIC. Any waiver of any provision of the Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by a Director of IgniterHive CIC.
